COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions? Answers.

When will SignalVerge launch?

The Android app is in closed testing. The November 5 countdown is a planning milestone only. Production eligibility and Google Play approval are separate steps.

Can SignalVerge identify police vehicles or Flock license plate cameras?

No reliable identification is promised. Some equipment may expose radio signals, but ordinary Bluetooth/Wi-Fi observations cannot prove that a signal belongs to a police vehicle, a Flock camera or surveillance equipment.

Can it find a printer, headphones or a smart device?

It may discover devices that advertise Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or supported local-network services, depending on your phone, Android permissions, radio conditions and device configuration.

Does the radar show the direction of a device?

No. Radar dots are illustrative. Received signal strength is not a precise direction or distance measurement.

Does it scan in the background?

The documented release supports user-initiated foreground scanning, not continuous background monitoring.

What data does SignalVerge collect?

The app can observe nearby wireless identifiers and details. Scan records are stored locally; see the privacy policy for permission, export, network diagnostic and third-party details.

Will it be available on iPhone?

The announced version is for Android. No iOS release is announced.

Is it already available for purchase?

No public release is confirmed. The Google Play button will be enabled when the production listing is live.
